Upload your Aadhaar Offline e-KYC file

Pool Champ verifies identity using a file YOU download directly from UIDAI -- we never see or ask for your Aadhaar number.

  1. On your phone or computer, go to myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in and sign in with your Aadhaar number and the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile.
  2. Look for "Download Aadhaar" and choose the "Offline eKYC" option (UIDAI's menu wording may vary slightly).
  3. Set a Share Code (you choose this -- write it down, you'll need it below).
  4. Download the ZIP file it gives you, then upload that exact file below along with your Share Code.

Aadhaar files can go stale -- if it's not from today, please go back to UIDAI's site and download a fresh copy first.

One more thing

A quick photo of your child for our front-desk team — this is just so they can confirm who's arrived for a session. It's separate from the Aadhaar check you just completed and isn't used for identity verification.

One last thing

Please attach a document establishing your relationship to your child -- a birth certificate, adoption papers, a custody or guardianship order, or the child's passport. An admin will review this manually as part of approving the registration.
